The people are thirsty for the next release from Tom’s Town Limited Reserve.
Our process begins with a 5-year bourbon aged in new American white oak barrels, then finished for an additional year in a cask that previously held Armagnac for more than 30 years.
Armagnac, a storied French brandy, lends layers of rich fruit and warming spice to the bourbon. Notes of caramelized peach, fresh apricot, pecan, and butterscotch complement the whiskey’s natural sweetness, leading to a long, warm finish with hints of sweet corn and rye spice.
Complex yet approachable, this limited release is a pour made for sipping slowly — neat or with a little ice.
