MIssouri Apple Brandy is the result of a collaboration between Tom’s Town and KC Wineworks. We distilled this brandy from Crossroads Apfel, a dry cider made with locally-sourced, Missouri apples. Then we aged it for two years in white American oak bourbon barrels – also from Missouri. The result is a crisp and rich spirit with the heft of whiskey and the distinct flavors of apple, caramel, and buttery spice.
